SHIPPING
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.All New Zealand orders will have a standard flat rate shipping charge of $7.99. Any New Zealand orders $50 or above will receive free shipping. All Australian orders will be calculated at checkout.
Where available, non-rural orders are sent via an overnight service. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries and other circumstances where delivery may be delayed.
All orders are processed and dispatched within five business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination. Please allow between 3 - 10 working days.

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you believe you have received a faulty product, we are happy to sort this out for you. Please email us via info@thatgirl.co.nz with a photo of the damage/faulty product and your order number within 7 days of receiving your product/s.
RECEIVED INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you have received the incorrect product, sorry – we made a mistake! Please email us with a photo of the incorrect product and your order number within 7 days of receiving your product.
Products returned without approval from our customer care team may be refused, please ensure your contact us first.
